Deep Stretch

Slow and typically low to the ground – holding poses longer allowing time for the body to ease into each posture. Encouraging you to unwind, reset and heal through slow & satisfying movements. Indulge in a meditative class, emphasizing the use of breath and relaxation. Suitable for all students, and the ideal post workout or surf class).

Flow

A slow moving practice, we encourage you to take at your own pace. We focus on a mix of movement and mindfulness, a balanced offering of effort and ease. This class is a great place to begin your Yoga practice and is suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa

A dynamic practice leading you through a series of postures that balance strength and flexibility. Consistently linking breath throughout – a more advanced flow to challenge physical power and mental resilience. Best suited for intermediate – advanced students.

Core Reset

Gentle on the joints, most of practice is spent supine or seated in deep, rebalancing core work. This practice identifies each of the layers of core muscle for students and conditions them. Combining breath work with deep sustained core work, Core Reset is great class for all levels, and is ideal cross training for an active lifestyle.

Sculpt

The workout you’ve been looking for. These classes are designed to strengthen the core, and create lean muscle definition. Expect to be challenged in a friendly environment, and leave feeling seriously satisfied. Our hot classes are held in our state-of-the-art infrared studio and are heated to 90 degrees.

Pilates

Slow, Sustained, Sweat. Our Pilates classes blend the best of Pilates mat work, Barre inspired movement and Yoga Sculpt, all set to an awesome playlist.

Booty Camp

Exactly what it sounds like. 45 minutes dedicated to all things glutes. Incorporating barre inspired movement and pilates mat work.
