Building a thorough index of anatomical knowledge is key. No other 200 Hour course offers the volume of functional movement pattern cuing, or provides more sound & effective cuing practice.

Throughout Training, students are drawn fully into the brilliance of Asana, the profound rebalancing effects of Pranayama & the calm centering found in Meditation. With great care and devotion, technique is built, finesse and confidence are gained, and students begin to open the door to teaching.
